Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently ship only to countries and regions that are available for selection at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Standard Shipping (with tracking):
United States: 6–10 business days (UPS)
Asian countries: 8–15 business days (Japan Post)
Other countries: 14–30 business days (Japan Post)
Express Shipping:
Asian countries: 4–8 business days (Japan Post)
Other countries: 5–10 business days (Japan Post)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local conditions.
Full tracking may not be available for some countries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Customs Duties, Taxes, VAT & GST
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or GST imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes required by their country.
DDU Shipping
All destinations are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and charges will be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Important Notes
A physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted), the recipient's full name, and a phone number are required for shipments to the United States.
