Sponge coral(Apple coral) is natural coral from sea depth of about 50-80meters.
It's scientific name is "Melithaea ochracea"
Resin is added to coral to harden it's softness.
You can choose the heart loose:

2. 1.0mm hole at the back
3. 1.0mm hole on top
